Her primary focus is to cultivate an authentic and trusting therapist-client relationship, where you feel heard and understood. You and Brooke will work collaboratively to transform your narrative, gain insights into your experiences, and alleviate psychological symptoms, leading you towards a healthier and happier life.

Brooke draws from diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, family systems, strength-based, multicultural, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and integrative. This allows her to tailor each session to your specific needs. She believes in flexibility, allowing the process to evolve organically, fostering self-discovery, inner peace, and ultimately, self-fulfillment.

Brooke is warm, genuine, compassionate, and curious. Brooke has a License in Mental Health Counseling and a master’s from Barry University and Family and Marriage therapy. She works with individuals, couples, teens, families, and the LGBTQIA community. She can help with anxiety, depression, life transitions, understanding and better relationships with yourself and others, attachment issues, self-esteem, communication issues, and stress management.
